hi scene , im trying to get Dreamcast up on my Arcade Monitor without success. Im using a Dremcast to a VGA Box to a JPAC then to the Jamma Connector. I have pulled out pin 6 on the VGA Box connector and am using the VGA Cable that came with the JPAC. The image i get looks to be not syncing right , i can see the DC bios a bit but looks to be not synced or GNDed. On the JPAC it doesnt light up Sync OK aswell.
any info helps

Hi that is the hais vga box and the only one I use becuase I know it works great everytime.
I see other's have trouble with other makes so I always stick with these.
also I have mine on a switchbox so the dc goes to the monitor itself with no Jpac hooked to it at all that only goes to the pc to arcade monitor.
if possible try it without the j-pac but none the less it should not be showing a display on a regular vga monitor so something is not right with the vga box still.

Why do you need the VGA box in this setup? Seems unnecessary. The DC outputs 15Khz video which is compatible with arcade monitors. We sell a cable for this.

the vga box makes it connect to the arcade monitor plug and play to display 15K correctly the same as the cable but 1/4 the price..
