ive purchased 3 dvd-roms from digital leisure to add to my gaming library. Nice to see a good contest. But be wary...... is my next statement coincidence or?
I am on the do not call registry list as im sure most folks here in the United States are. After filling out my info on the DL site, I noticed a strange occurence. I am now receiving unwanted phone calls from Ontario Canada! :angry: Check your caller id display for this number: 1-613-688-3625.
A google search shows it to have several pages of complaints about unwanted solicitation and such. Some crappy marketing research company. I am contacting Digital Leisure in regards to selling off of personal info. Post here if you have been spammed with these numbers showing up on your display only after signing up for the contest.
I have contacted Digital Leisure with an email asking what is going on. I will post up if I here a reply. I do not expect for a company to willfully admit if they alledgedly handed over personal info to begin with.

Read your news article and was saddened to hear that my signed DL Laserdisc at CGE is now dropped in value.

I dont think you have to worry about losing value to a laserdisc,
because these boneheads cropped 2 inches off the DVD version! :banghead:
How anyone could destroy 2 inches of legendary artwork is beyond my comprehension. :dizzy:
