i have a minipac which iam using to wire the trackball... i also have a tt2 spinner with its own interface board.
am i better off using the tt2 interface board, or putting both the trackball and spinner to the minipac? or does it not matter.
-
I would go with the interface that the TT2 came with. The TT2 works at a higher resolution than a normal spinner so using another interface may not be the best thing to do.

alright thanks for the info
one more question
my buttons are in this kinda layout
oOo

o
would button 1 be the top left, button 2 middle top button 3 top right, button 4 lower left button 5 lower middle button 6 lower right button 7 thumb button
-
this is where we made the mistake.
we did the 7 button layout but placed the thumb button further away so our button layout is.
456
123
7
the bad thing is, it seems easier to reach down that up.
so i think if your thumb button is close to the bottom row i would do.

oh alright i wasnt sure if they had to be wired a certain way for the games to work properly

right now i have my grounds from all my buttons daisy chained to the minipac.
i have 2 u360's with a wiring harness which also have a ground wire.
is it okay to leave all my buttons daisy chained to the minipac even tho iam using the u360 wiring harness to wire up my players buttons?
-
No. You want to use the ground from the U360 for any buttons hooked up to it.
