It's Variety. I think they refer to 'personal production house' aka produced by DeCaprio's production company.

Of course the Atari nut here (moi) looks foward to the props left over from production.
They might start  wandering here for parts for the sets..

He might do a good job.  I never want to like the guy but he always gives a great performance.  Particularly in Aviator and The Departed.  Based on what you hear in documentaries about the time it could be a great movie in the right hands.

I'm an Atari fan but I really wonder if there's a story in this ?

I fear they will "Hollywoodify" it......

Sure there's a story. Just depends on what angle they want to approach it from - which, echoing level42, leaves room for concern.
