huge fan, I'm only 17 and Eccleston was my first but Tennant is my favorite.

Quote
Tickets are selling fast for the Royal Shakespeare Company's production of Hamlet staring David Tennant in the title role and Patrick Stewart as Claudius.

and they're surprised it's selling out before rehearsals even started

Wow,  that was me 25 years ago.  I'm kind of glad I have lost some of my super-nerdiness.  My wife is glad also.  Funny part is that I have converted her to watching the new season of Doctor Who.  I think the fact that Catherine Tate is on it helps.

BTW, would it be worth my while to place my 18 foot Tom Baker scarf up on the BST forum???  Would there be any takers????

Universe crossover time!

From the April Fools Doctor Who bit.. really, this is straight from the BBC, converted to GIF..

And you can't go wrong with

You can't get much geekier than that unless you run linux with punch cards.
The whole site  (http://www.asciimation.co.nz) is a wonder of geek.
