Title: Video screen rotated 90 degrees

OK, first off I am a complete noob.

My buddy had a street fighter game not being used so I bought a 60 in 1 JAMMA card to replace the original card. We installed it and it works fine EXCEPT the screen is 90 degrees off. I've tried doing some research before posting and it seems that street fighter has a horizontal screen and the JAMMA card is for a vertical screen.

Is there a way to rotate the video or does the monitor need to be rotated (I'm not sure there is enough room to do this)?
