Just figured I'd post this info. This might be old info, or maybe these aren't that cheap but there are several PSX - USB converters going on EBay for $4.99 (some for $4.66). They have a "Buy it now" of $7.00, but end up going for less than that, so you don't need to.

Am I going to regret these prices if I pass them up? Are they gonna be hard to get at these prices later? I'm thinking about getting a couple, but haven't decided just yet.

I'm not sure if they're uncommon or not at that price, I just happen to run accross them, and they're cheaper than anything I've found, even on "froogle.google.com". The exact item was going for $15 or more everywhere I looked.

This (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=3027487984&category=21193) is looking mighty desirable too, it supports N64 also! I've wanted a converter for n64 controllers since the first time I ever played an n64 emulator. I already have a gravis gamepad pro, so the psx adapter isn't as needed as the n64 one. This has both, I may do a BIN on one or two of them.

Trust me these are on ebay all the time there is no rush.
I bought one along time ago for $5.00.
Works great.:)

Anyone see any reviews of this product?

If this is the same one that allows 2 (or 1) PSX controller and 1 N64 controller, then the N64 port is listed as a "bonus feature, not guaranteed to work".
There is a dedicated N64 to USB dongle out there that is made that works really well, so I hear.....
Try www.levelsix.com and see if that review is up there on the one with the N64 port...

Ok, I received my "cyphergames" usb converter today. I like it very much, but can't get the force-feedback to work. It doesn't even work in the "test" area in the Control Panel. Does anyone know how to solve this? Their documentation is VERY limited, and there isn't a whole lot of support from their site.
Also, it has a very strange default configuration for all of the buttons. They have triangle as button 1, circle as 2, X as 3 and square as 4. I don't know, maybe that's normal, but it seams awkward to me. Other than that, I am very impressed.
