Title: Where can I buy Sega Genesis USB Adaptor / Or this controller that sega made ?

Not looking to sodder, I know i can buy a kit from retrousb but im looking to either get an adapter or the actual controller, any ideas where to get this from ?

Man, those PC Saturn controllers seem to be sold out everywhere!  You could get a "PC Magic Box" (http://www.mod-chip.com/en/pc_magic_box.php) and connect a regular Saturn controller to it.
