Title: Which Midway Coin Door Logo for Original PacMan

Hey guys, havn't posted in a while as I have been away from the cabinet business for the past year or so.  I just recently aquired a Capcom Bowling conversion which I will restore back into a Pac Man (being that its what it originally was).  The cabinet is in pretty good shape overall even though the insides have been gutted of electronics.  Anyways I'm putting a parts list together and noticed that my Midway coin door does not have the little metal plate on it.  In looking online I notice three different plates can be purchased.  Does anyone here with an original PacMan know which one they came with?

On a different note the number 61,857 is stamped into the back of the cabinet.  I am assuming that is the cabinet number off the assembly line?  Thanks.

Plate #2 in your pics is the correct Pac-man plate.

And "yes" on the production number.
