I actually completed this in November ’07. The design borrows from many I have seen on this site and others.
The Cabinet is a modified design from Sasquatch’s Arcade Paradise 3. You can see the influence on the cabinet artwork from Knievel’s Neon MAME. Why mess with perfection?
Some Highlights:
Wells Gardner D9400
Happ 3 in. Trackball
Oscar Vortex Spinner
2 - UltraStik 360’s
J-Stik Ball-Top
Matrix Orbital LCD Display
Guts:
Dell Optiplex
ArcadeVGA
MiniPac
Front End:
GameEx (Thanks Tom!)
Other than that, it’s my first cabinet. I’m thinking that a nice cocktail table might be my next project.

Edit: Very nice 8)
I build an upright and then see awesome cocktails so I decide to build one and then I see uprights like this and want to build another one, does it ever end ??? :)

Look at that kid's face. No, the younger kid.
He's thinking, my Dad's the coolest.

One more shot of the CP Overlay

The trackball is lit from underneath and glows with the same hue as the artwork.

Nice way to start an account here! Most people don't have a first post this good.
Your cabinet looks so good that I'm thinking about going home and burning mine.

Very cool! Oh, and thanks for the compliment. :D
Where did you end up getting your CPO artwork printed?

Don't tell anyone, but I used my local FedEx / Kinkos. :-[ It was cheap, quick and looks good under a microscope. The printout is sandwiched between the MDF and the Plexiglas and is held in place the buttons. So if I want to upgrade, or swap out designs, should take just an hour or two.

How much did you pay for that at Kinkos?

It was $65 for two high resolution versions (just in case I messed up!), A low res color version, and a B/W control layout.
plus they turned it around the same day. ;D

No - he's thinking: My dad spent all this money on this arcade cabinet, and can't buy me socks or shoes now...
;D

Looks awesome...Knievel has inspired so many, hasn't he?
