Title: WMV to GIF?

Anyone use a WMV to GIF converter?  Free is best of course.

You can use zamzar.com to convert from .wmv to .avi, then .avi to .gif... word of warning though, a 6 megabyte avi file I uploaded turned into a 900 megabyte gif. I'm still downloading it to see whats up with it. I'm pretty sure it could be optimized further.
