(EDIT - I removed the Pole Position from this posting. I'll make another post with that cab's info once I take some pictures of it)
I'm moving soon and need to make some space. I have too many projects, so these will need to go.
1st I have a Pole Position cabinet with complete CP, plastic "dashboard", peddle, glass marquee, glass bezel, upper and lower coin doors w/ mechs and full wiring harness / board cage / power supply / etc. Only thing missing is the board. monitor, and monitor surround (the black cardboard thing).... The sideart on this cabinet was painted over by some fool w/ blue latex paint. I had started stripping the paint, but never finished. The vinyl artwork underneath looks pretty good (but not perfect). Not looking to get much (if anything) for this. Just trying to move it out. I was thinking about making this into a MAME driving cab, but I ran out of time & motivation :P. (EDIT - the rear door is missing from this cabinet)
I have a Zaxxon cabinet that was converted into a NeoGeo, and then stripped before I got it. No sideart, just has the wood grain vinyl stuff on the sides and front. Has Zaxxon marquee, tinted glass, black bezel, cheap black marble CPO w/ plexi (it's an original Zaxxon CP, but has 2 joys w/ 4 buttons each from the Neo conversion). I have a PC in this cab w/ a 19in VGA monitor running a MAME setup using a KeyWiz. Coin mechs are wired to the KeyWiz, but I also have some "insert coin" buttons inside so you dont have to use coins if you dont want to. PC Specs - Small Form Factor HP w/ 1.8GHZ Pentium 4, 512mb ram, 80gig drive (i think...I'll confirm later). Has fully licensed Windows XP pro installed.
I'll sell it with the PC as a complete "MAME" machine if there is any interest. If not, I'll use the PC setup elsewhere.

Pictures of the Zaxxon cabinet. The VGA monitor (19in CRT) isn't installed in the pictures, but it's definately part of the package. The molex connector (hanging out of the front of the PC) powers the coin slot lights. As you can see, the Keywiz is still wired up...and so are the speakers (the volume control board is installed on the right, the KeyWiz is on the left). The original cabinet speaker is wired up, so i left the extra speaker on top of the pc for testing purposes. The small red button on the left above the KeyWiz is the pause button

Well, I thing one thing may be it's not a Zaxxon 'cab', but a Zaxxon cab that's been mamed. So the title would be better with that in it.
