Title: Oscar's Wild Ride gumball machine

I know it's not exactly an arcade machine, but I found one of these in great condition yesterday by a dumpster.  The manual and keys were left in it, along with some extra lightbulbs and a static bag with 3 rom chips in it (there are 3 empty sockets on the board and one populated one).  It needs some cleaning up and I haven't tried to turn it on yet.  All the fancy moving parts inside seem to be in perfect condition.  Does anyone have any experience with these things?  The manual doesn't go into much detail on the electronics, so I may need some help there if things don't just work.
