My 7 year old is getting into Pokemon cards and, while I have no desire to play that with him, I would play the Star Wars CCG with him. ;D
Anyone have a large number of cards they're looking to sell/trade/get rid of? Preferably not all common cards.

Thought I'd bump this once, just in case.

I don't have the Star Wars cards, but my kid outgrew the Pokemon and YuGi Oh cards if you want some of those........

I don't have the will to dig through all my crap to pull out the old CCG cards. However, since Decipher lost the license people have been giving them away.
Realistically you should probably try craigslist or a local comic shop as shipping would cost you more than what they are worth.

pm'd ya, Goz. :)
@Thargok,
Let me know if you come up with anything. I've been searching my local CL frequently with no luck. There are a couple of nearby comic shops I'll have to check out, though. Thanks!

somunny - I may be able to help you out, I'll look to see if there are any in the basement.
goz - you have pm re: pokemon cards!

have you seen the pocket model game? - http://www.wizkidsgames.com/starwars/ - Its a combo of a miniatures game and a card game. The rules are way too simple for my taste, but might be perfect for the younger audience, and they look pretty awesome for being little pieces of card...
They come 4-8 pieces per 5$ pack - Target carries them.
Ive got some stuff from the Base Set I'd like to sell, and I THINK Ive got the cards from a two-player starter for the Decipher card game in the garage...

In the title you have tcg and ccg so does that mean you are interested in either? I know the tcg is now discontinued as well and should be fairly cheap for a lot on ebay.

I suppose I should fix that. I'm really only looking for the CCG (Decipher) cards.

There is a program called gengine that is used for card games that has the old decipher game if you would want to try that. I personally havent tried playing the ccg (I just used it for magination) but you would need to have two pcs to play together. It might be a better option then trying to find actual cards since there are so many expansions.

I have a TON of old Decipher Star Wars cards. Many of them are common, of course, but certainly not all. PM me with what exactly you're looking for and what your target price is.
