Title: Coin door placement question

Is there a typical height or distance from the cp (or bottom of the cab) the coin door should be installed at?

I have a happ coin door and I want to make sure I cut it out correctly the first time and it's in the right place.

Any tips welcome as well (yes I have read up on people forgetting to not cut out the corners;))

No requirements...  just place it where it's comfortable for you to reach it and insert coins.
