Ok, I'm trying to hide XP on my latest cab... Everything seems fine... for one boot?
I update the register to auto boot into one account... reboot, goes in directly to the frontend...
Reboot again, and I have to log in...
Any clue? I also tried powertoys (but I think that just updates the register the same way).
Thanks

Type "control userpasswords2" (without quotes) into the "run" box. The "advanced user menu" comes up. Select the user account you want and click the box for login automatically. Click ok and you are done.

Had this same issue a few months ago, and using this method, problem solved since then.
I'm using Instantsheller to hide windows (great tool)
