Title: To Randy or Andy haha that rhymes can either of you cut custom dust washers?

currently I have U360's which have sanwa round standard dust washers, I'm looking to see if someone can cut me clear / see through dustwashers

I would also need someone to drill the center so that my U360 stick can pass through, thanks! , does any one know what size the inside hole is on the sanwa dust washers which is what the u360's come with?? I was going to just flip them upside down and put the artwork ontop but then they were too noisy so i need to have custom blank ones made I tried taking older ones i had off super joys but the inside hole was too big which defeats the purpose of the dust getting in.
