I'm hoping to have the next release ready soon, which should address a lot of the problems (hopefully not too many new ones!). Fingers crossed it should be uploaded 1st week of June :)
I'm thinking Sunday starts the first week in June. :)

jesus, tell me about it!!
my day was spent sitting around, doing as little as possible
:P
(but yeah, i can't wait for the new version...hurry hurry, before my brain explodes (hey, it could be worse, he could be doing a howard and giving us all that story/build up nonsense like it's a life-changing program or something))

Ah the english heatwave. I have vague memories of them when we were living in the england (prior to moving to Australia).
Now an aussie heatwave, thats something to look out for. Hottest I remember over here in Sydney was on the day of my 25th birthday, it hit 45 degrees c and the humidity was retched. You simply couldn't go outside ... it was extremely uncomfortable. Needless to say, being my birthday, numerous beers were drank that night, and that aided sleeping.
I guess england isn't built to cope with hot weather (lack of air conditioning) just like Australia isn't built to cope with the cold (lack of central heating).
Joe.
p.s looking forward to checking out the new MameWah myself !!!!
;D ;D ;D

I went to england last year and i think their idea of heatwave is anything over 15 deg and not raining.
I bet Minwah has a hanky over his head.
Cant wait for new Mamewah.
mmmmmmm...haddack and mushy peas!!

45c a heat wave? how long does that last? that's what about 113 f? don't move to Arizona we hit 100-115f somewhere usually about sometime late may to early june and don't go back down until mid september
and fairly frequently hit close to 120f...hehe
that's why god invented air conditioning. ;D
anyhow I don't think many people will care if it's a little late...or at least once they see that you once again deliver a great product, they'll forget about it being late ;D
keep up the great work

Not sure about temperatures, but it was well hot, and actually I couldn't find a hanky big enough to cover my big hair :D
You guys that are twiddling thumbs waiting around could make yourself a MAME DAT file (eg mame -listinfo > mame.dat), since in my new release you will have to generate game lists from either a) DAT's OR b) folder contents OR c) folder contents compared to DAT files. To get the benefit from MAME's extra game info (filters & stuff), you will need a DAT file.
I will add in the option to generate this DAT automatically, probably in the release after next...as I said before I have had to cut a few things out :(
Keep 'um peeled...
