I have been trying to contact mamemarquees for awhile now but I haven't had any success. I saw on their website that they have had issues with hotmail so I signed up for a gmail account and sent them a message thru that account and I still have been unable to get a response. Does anyone know how to get ahold of them?
Thanks

I had no trouble not long ago other than a delay due to their move.
-
Whatever Scott is doing is losing him business. I've seen at least 3 people complain about lack of response to an email to him in the last 2 weeks over at KLOV.
-
Similar complaint recently at CGCC.ca
-
I've tried contacting him about a possible purchase and he never got back to me.
He has occasionally had communication lags, but his orders still go out on time mostly. Kinda hard to place an order though when he don't respond, right?

Scott...if you see this you may want to check that post above. Honestly bro, I recommend you all the time, but i've been more silent lately as I've had people I've recommended to visit you tell me they didn't get an answer from ya...
That ticket system sucks frankly... JMHO...

I was all ready to send a picture to him for printing last week when I saw with the move and others saying they had trouble contact him resently I went with EMDKAY last week. Got the Marquee and all. Did a great job.

I'll pimp www.emdkay.net (http://www.emdkay.net) every chance I get. Great work, great prices, great customer service.

I ordered a TRON backlit artwork, From Scott
The piece that goes behind the monitor shroud.
My very first order ever.
And i received it yesterday.
Pretty much around the estimated time the website said it would get to me.
It looks awesome and im very pleased with the quality!

Scott does excellent work. But the communication skillz are not there. After the experience I had I will go elsewhere for artwork etc. Don't get me wrong it wasn't bad but at the same time not great either.
-
Are any of you recommending that I order from somewhere else? I need a Street fighter 2 Champion edition bezel and marquee.
-
I know, I have been really horrible lately on answering some of the more complex questions, which are typically byoac'ers. My communications skills are fine, it is just a lack of time.
I am struggling with what to do, I am getting the normal orders out in a timely manner, it is just the custom stuff that takes some thought and time that I am screwing up. I am looking for an employee to help with the business now, it is just tough to bring a stranger into my home with my wife/kids (yes I print out of my home) So I am trying to talk my friends or a family members to come and help, but I am not having much luck. Though my dad is trying to sell his house in tenn to come home to michigan to help, but the home market is so bad he is not having much luck...
The other choice is to quit the day job (I work for one of the big 3 or is that 4 now...), but it is tough to give up a job like that with insurance for the extra few prints I would get with more time.
So again, I apologize, if you do have a project that requires changes to current items, or quotes, there will be some delay. The best thing to do is to hire someone here to create the items and then send me the files.

Sounds like a very tough situation. I wish you the best Scott, I'm sure a solution will present itself soon enough.
Just wanted to throw out some props; I put in an order a couple weeks ago, and it arrived very quickly, and looks WAY better than I could have imagined. So thanks!

Scott:
Thanks for coming in and replying. You see what happens when you don't check in here daily?
Chaos. ;D
I hope you find someone to help out. You have a great quality product and you're pretty much the only one to offer such a variety of prints.
-
I will always recommend u !
I know how it is brother. I work for one of the big 4.
Very stressful and demanding job !
You do great quality work. I can tell from my first order.
I don't mind waiting for the best! :notworthy:
-
That does sound tough. If it was me, I might stop taking custom orders, or change it to ebay auctions to throttle things down or something.
Just don't get burned out and quit altogether.
-
Well,
I stand corrected. I'ma need some new sideart in the near future. Since I switched my Mame cab back into a coinop I very well couldn't put it anywhere to make money with it saying MAME on it. Mamedev & people would be breathing down my throat. I'd have to constantly open my machine to prove it is legit. ;D

FWIW, I'll chime in too.
Ordered my very first CPO's from scott maybe 2 or 3 weeks ago, got them in the mail last week, and they were perfect.
IIRC there was something on the website that they were moving and some orders were delayed. I got my stuff faster than I expected.
I'd 100% order from MM again.

Id like to chime in that I placed my first order a few weeks ago and received it within a time frame I was happy with. Quality blew away my expectations. Great product!

Yes I am the same Gehrig from KLOV :)
I am still trying to contact Scott to print my Custom Control Panel. The artwork is done, all I need to do is send him the file. I did email him at Scott@mamemarquees.com as well.
I actually came here looking for alternative solutions... I will take a look at the other site mentioned here. Though, I still rather do business with Mamemarquees.
Scott, if you see this, I will send you another email with BYOAC <Gehrig> in the subject line. I will also link where to find my custom control panel file. If you don't have time, I understand... just please respond to the email letting me know either way.
Edit: Doesn't look like EMDKAY does control panels. ScottB1, you are my only hope!

I cannot get a response for a custom marquee either.
is there a phone number to call perhaps?
