...with an address in the same city as SS?   Offering to send spinners with modified boards to work with 60-in-1's?

Sounds like SS to me.

If it isn't Christian it's the Mascari Brothers.

Ddidn't someone say there's an attorney gather a case for this?  You can be sure he's on here snooping around, I wonder if someone should set them up before they get wind that people are onto them.  Like, get a cop sent there, in person, to get his info, by signing for a package or some kind of delivery.

What they've done went beyond 'oops' and way into the criminal territory, knowingly taking people's money.  Whether it's via the internet or a physical store, a scam is a scam and they bilked a lot of you guys out of your hard-earned money for something that is supposed to be a fun hobby.

On ebay the negative feedback would drive him out of business quickly though.

Either way, he shouldn't be in any kind of business until his debts are paid to the people who lost money to him... THEN he can go ahead and start it up again.  He has too many unfulfilled orders at the moment that he should be worrying about (fortunately I'm not one of them but it still pisses me off).

Maybe that's why he has a 0 feedback rating (new user) assuming of course that it's him.  It's obvious the account is brand new.
