Does anybody have a printable template for 1 joystick and 7 buttons with the neogeo/street fighter layout?

Yes... with an oscar mounting plate

and with out a mounting plate.... Happ's universal joystick (the easy mount ones)

PDF for more accurate printing?

Edit: Just remembered that the color order might be wrong. My panel is currently Red, Yellow, Green, Blue.
