This will be a lammer beg but...were i go....

Can any artist in this forum make me a nice, simple control panel Overlay ??

Something like this will be ok...

maybe you can let us know what programs you have access to and we can give you some pointers. i made a overlay using illustrator and i also have no artistic talent. i also cant even use photoshop since it is too technical for me but with frosty's tutorial i was able to breeze through illustrator and finish my overlay in one week.

first one has a problem..cant seem to replace the image on the post so here is the fixed one..under 5 min !  ;)
