Title: Monitor calibration jpg
Post by: ncflagg on April 29, 2008, 02:46:50 pm
I calibrated my UN Squadron with the built-in test mode and it displayed color gradient bars (Red, Green, Blue) as well as a white to black gradient. Is there a good jpg or gif anyone has seen with the basics needed to adjust an arcade monitor? It would be nice for me so I could load it up on my Xbox or PC and use them to dial in my monitors.

Use the monitor test mode of Street Fighter 2.

try a search for Nokia test. It is a utility that provides many test patterns at various resolutions. Here is a link to one search result....http://freepctech.com/rode/004.shtml

Great! Thanks. Those are both good ideas. I also thought that I can simply make said JPG by loading UN Squadron or Street Fighter II in an emulator and take a screenshot. That nokia program is great also.
