What was the name of the racing arcade game that Brandon Frasier played in the Skate Arena scene of the Encino Man movie?  ???

That would be Rad Mobile (http://www.klov.com/game_detail.php?game_id=9234). Interesting Trivia Fact: This is the first game in which Sonic The Hedgehog appears.

Excellent, thanks! Weird about the Sonic the Hedgehog thing. Wonder why they made him a rear view ornament before giving him his own game.

Sonic was released in 1991, same year as Rad's listed year at KLOV. The games were most likely concurrently developed.
