Does anybody still have the memo replacing the word, "their," with the word, "there?" I still haven't received mine.
-
:laugh2:
I guess they need to practice their light saber moves. Pretty sad when a drunk with a crutch can take out two Jedi "Masters".

Makes for great entertainment, than watching a drunken yob attack peaceful citizens. Which is nothing new. If that yob tried it over here he could have gotten shot. Glad we don't have drunken UK retards over here.
L Ron Rules! I love Battlefield Earth and Mission Earth. Science fiction at its best.

you have robbie williams ;D,anyway most the drunk retards seem to be here in southern spain :(

You've got to be kidding. The drunken dude just TAPPED the dude with the camera on the noggin...
...and to think this group of young lads actually CALLED THE COPS and FILED A POLICE REPORT and WENT TO COURT over this crap is hilariously pathetic. If they had ball one, if they truly felt threatened (which they didn't seem to in the video), they'd have kicked the drunken dudes ass.
What a bunch of pansies.

:soapbox:
Read your last post and think why that answer is not the best one. If we went around beating up people the world would be a horrible place to live. Besides the yob would take you to court and win. Then you can think your idea was ace while sitting in jail with GBH.
You have to remember that the UK police favour the criminal, and the victim is the perp. That's how it is.
FF if you are an American member here then I understand your post and the mentality behind it.

ark is correct, britain is bollocks BUT only because we allowed it to be
the greed of middle england has always riden roughshot over real values like respect and honesty-and all this started with thatcher >:D

Only when the "victim" commits a bigger crime than the "criminal". Like killing someone for trying to steal your TV. Somehow in the UK (or the whole of Europe) people have this odd idea that killing a person is worse than stealing a TV.

Yea, but at least we got rid of one more when you left.

Looks like someone doesn't agree with me. :hissy:
I left on my own accord, and your comment is typical of how backward Britain is.
-
Looks like someone doesn't agree with me. :hissy:
Seeing how there are 4 people ignoring you already I'd say there are at least 4 people who think you are a ---tallywhacker---.

I must post a retraction of my previous comments saying that the UK have yobbish behaviour.
What I posted was totally innacurate and I do apologise to all who were offended by it.
What I should have said is that the UK has murderous yobbish behaviour, and it is getting worse.
I read this at the Telegraph website and was horrified:

What on earth is going on over there?

What on earth is going on over there?
With "over there" you mean "in a typical US high school"?

No the parallels are not the same. United Kingdom, and I'm not just centering my dismay solely at England, used to be a peaceful and quiet country, with the odd wretched crime like the Moors Murders or
Harold Shipman occurring, but not knife and gun crime especially at the extent of what it is today.
American gun and knife crime has more history than in the UK, regarding the general populace. Knives and guns are easily acquirable in the US.
Something of great distress. Linked to the drunken state of the individual in the original post, one wielding a knife stabbing people at random is quite horrifying considering the police are not armed.
The British Government has to put an end to this lunacy.
Or is it all downhill from here?

Ark_ader, get a grip. You’re making yourself look like an idiot.
OK, you don’t like Britain. We get it. And FWIW, I agree that Britain is far from perfect. There are indeed plenty of perfectly legitimate reasons why someone might want to emigrate from here to the US. For a start the better climate. I mean seriously, if I had a choice between living in Blackpool (ugh!) and Southern California it would be absolutely no contest. I’d move to California in a heartbeat.
But no one in their right mind is going to move from Britain (or any other western European country for that matter) to the US because they're concerned about high crime rates. It just wouldn't make any sense. Your assertion that the US is safer than the UK flies in the face of every available statistic. Last time I checked (for one of the gun control threads) the US had three times the overall murder rate of the UK, and the rate for firearm related deaths was 30 times higher. Statistics like that are damning.

I don't know. I saw something on ESPN today that made me think a tiny bit less of Great Britain. It was a bunch of doofs rolling head over heels down a hill for a roll of cheese. Yes. Hundreds of folks nearly killing themselves over a small roll of cheese. Oh god help us. :P ;D
