Title: arcadevga and polo 15/24, and g.tee scroll

hi got a golden tee and its got polo 15/24 auto, do i need a arcadevga to run this or would it run from gfx card ok?
also on this machine it has a scroller led display, is there anyway to reprogram it to say what u want it to say?
