Title: Replacing T-Stick Plus (ball top) with UltraStick360?
Post by: Lance on April 20, 2008, 09:00:40 pm
Does anyone happen to know if the mounting holes on the UltraStick360 are the same as what they were on the T-Stick Plus?  Reason I ask is my control panel is a metal cp from an old centipede cab, instead of having bolts on the top I had threaded studs welded in the proper location for the t-stick (nice clean look from the top), just wondering if the Ultrastick would fit with those same studs or if I would have to cut them off and put new ones or bolts from the top.

thanks

So I've been trying to find the mounting diagrams for the t-stick to compare with the ultrastick but haven't been able to find them in my files anymore.  Anyone happen to know or still have the mounting diagrams for the t-stick?

As luck would have it I have a t-stick and U360 on my desk in front of me  :)

I took the shafts out of both stick and laid them on top of each other and it looks like your bolts should line up with the U360 holes. Worst case scenario you may have to enlarge the hole if they are slightly off line.

Speaking as someone who recently made that very switch...  you are about to have a very nice few days.

EDIT:  followed by many more of course.
