FS: Monitor Frame $15 shipped. This is from a 19K7901 monitor, but I'm sure it will fit most others.

Not sure. It's from an arcade style monitor.

Not without modification. A 19" is too small, and a 21" is too big. It is actually much easier to start from scratch.
