Title: Do I solder here?

Well while trying to install my p360 all was well until i had to solder the 5v line which i failed at doing right... now my question is can i solder the 5vline where the red circle in the pic is? the current location is where the black circle is..if you can blow up the pic then u can see exactly what im talking about
