so I can plop the Tekken into my MVS cab and it'll just work?

is the "slight modification" easily reversible?

Yes, except for sound, which would be easy to make an adapter for the rca jacks since most mvs boards have stereo sound.

It is just 4 wires soldered from the kick harness edge connector to where player 1 and 2's C and D buttons are on an mvs board.  You could easily unsolder them, but it still works as originally with the kick harness.
