And the best:  we pick up our new pinball tomorrow (with the help of Somunny! Thanks!).

A 1972 Spanish Eyes in working condition!  W00t!

There were some crazy deals there...  4 slot Neo Geo's for $25, R-Types for the same price, a working Xybots went for $20, Marvel vs. Capcom for $25, etc...  if I only had the friggen room!    :banghead:

Some stuff got expensive, like multigames in generic cabs for $600, a Galaga cocktail for $600, a Black Knight 2000 pin went for $850 I think...  lot of cool stuff there.

It was my first auction, and we made out like bandits!

The H-man performed like a true veteran.  If only I hadn't left early after my Black Knight defeat!  :banghead:

I didn't plan ahead for it... I didn't know it was a superauctions auction. I thought it was just another one of Nolans warehouse sales. I had actually been eyeballin that empress at his shop a while back. How much did you get it for?

I got the Empress with a working Bucky O'Hare for $275  ;D

A non-working one with unknown game/issues went for $25

Muah!

Threw my X-men Vs. Street Fighter in there to see how it looks...

Built in CPS2 kick harness FTW!

I think I have 3 or more new green buttons if you want them.

It's probably for the best that I had no idea this was happening. Still, even if I hadn't bought anything it would have been cool just to go. I didn't even know about it until I was surfing the RGP group tonight.
Congrats on the new toys.

Looks like the good stuff ended up in AZ, coz' the Detroit auction was reportedly terrible (for an SA)

Working Xybots for $20... that's friggin nutty.

And to think, I was just up in the area the day before that auction started.  Hard to drag one of those back with me to FL.  :-[

It's the 4-player version.

Pics please.  Is it in good condition and are you going to leave it a Bucky o'hare?  It would be nice if you made it multi jamma and put gi joe and tmnt in there as well, though not likely since that would cost quite a bit.

Pics of the board itself or the game in play?  I can do both when I get home.

I'm probably not going to leave it Bucky O'Hare.  I hadn't even heard of that game, I was more interested in the cabinet.  I've been wanting something to put my Xmen vs. Street Fighter into, and this is perfect!

I'll probably play it a little to see what it's like...

I have other Jamma boards I'll probably rotate in and out:  Bad Dudes Vs. Dragon Ninja, Street Fighter 2 CE, a Neo Geo one slot with SamSho 3 and 4

I was hoping for pics of the cab (to see if the artwork was there and in good shape) though i could have just asked first.  In my opinion its a very good game though i watched the show as a kid so i might be a little bias.

Is the board working?  (tells self to shut up)
How much would you want for it?  (tells self that he doesnt know anything about how to wire the game and that i would need a large monitor i dont have to play it on)

Ahh... its in a generic candy cab, so no sideart or marquee, unfortunately.

The game does work, see above pictures of my candy cab set up for screen shots.  Sound and picture both are good.  It's a standard Jamma board, with the exception of player 3 and 4.

To get 3 & 4 running you would need Konami JAMMA Sub Harness Set (http://item.express.ebay.com/Konami-Arcade-JAMMA-Sub-Harness-Set-3P-4P-for-PCB-NEW_W0QQitemZ230107994733QQihZ013QQfromsoiZ1QQcmdZExpressItem)

What would you offer for it?   ;D  I had considered throwing it on eBay to see what it would go for, but selling it here would save me that hassle.

Ah well i feel a little silly for not noticing that it was in the candy cab the entire time.

I'll send you a pm.

Chicks dig the pinball.

Yes they do.  My wife wanted that pin, reminded her of one her uncle kept in his basement...

The best thing was the price.  Fully working, good shape... for $300...   ;D
