iam trying to make the halos around my buttons.. for some reason photoshop is rounding every single measurement i enter into it.. any idea why this is?
for example
i need a halo which is 3 5/8 wide
so i enter 3.625
after applying it, its reading 3.6
also should i be measuring in inches or cm ?? since its being printed.
