Went through my usual routine of looking on the nearby cities craigslist for arcades and pinballs and saw a guy selling a Big Top pinball machine (working, except the score doesn't count) and a non-working Ms Pacman in decent shape.
For both he wanted $150. Seriously.
Emailed him with my cell number, he called me and all is well within about 10 minutes.
Will pick the machines up on Saturday the 12th. :applaud: :applaud:

It is my first pinball by the way! pretty excited.

Cool. Don't count it as yours, though, until they are in your truck.

Ha, true that. But I payed a minimal amount for downpayment through paypal and he removed the listing from Craigslist.
But I do know what you mean.

What was his number again? >:D

Cool!
Yeah I LOVE craigs list.
I just picked up a non working SFII cabinet for free last week I found on there.
Took it home and one of the wires where in the wrong spot. Needless to I have a working Street Fighter I got for FREE!!!

I don't think the drive from New Jersey would make it worth your while! ;)

I went and picked up the machines today. Both were in pretty darn good shape.
I will probably make the restorations into project announcement threads but just wanted to share that I did pick up the cab and the pinball machine and will update soon.
I already have the pac-man up and running again (just need to get a new flyback, HOT, and cap kit for the G07).
The pinball is fully functional, needs rubbers, fixed 2 solenoids already, and I am working on fixing the scoreboard (solid state).
There you go, long story long.
