I don't know how to react to that one....

They come with joysticks. That's the only place I know to get one.
-
I'm assuming you want one for a more responsive stick. ie less movement required to activate microswitch.
If that's the case and you can't find the rubber thing, take the low tech route: wrap the bottom of the shaft with electrical tape until it reaches desired responsiveness, or stick a chunk of blue tack there.

Check on Ebay. There are people selling joysticks and pieces parts all the time.

Is that a Happ Competition stick ?
I've ordered individual replacement parts (springs, actuators) for Happ sticks in the past -- unfortunately I can't reach happcontrols.com to check.

Yeah, I did that with mine, although I had to go back and do it every so often, as the tape would slowly work its way off the actuator. I've since bought a pair of used leaf switch joysticks, but they're a little shorter, and I'm not 100% satisfied with them yet either.

Man I never got one with mine

I have two of those on some die hard arcade sticks in my garage, I will pm you when I find them, im about 80% sure I kept the old sticks, you can just pay postage and I can mail them to you, I have no use for them.
