Title: How do I turn NBA JAM TE V3.0 into Version 1.0 ?

Im getting an NBA Jam board set from brent I was wondering if I could update the roms and make it NBA Jam TE (preferably 1.0 for the MK characters) . Also, if I can, who can I get to do it for me?

Im getting a second board thats supposed to be TE but doesnt work, will swapping those proms work?

I know this is a newbish question but I dont wanna break anything

EDIT: I have both boards, what roms/chips need swapped?

ok but I have both a WORKING NBA JAM 3.1 and a non working TE (version unknown) what roms/chips do I need to swap between boards?

EDIT: lol, there was a CMOS error, I cleared it and TE booted right up! question is now: how do  I downgrade NBA Jam TE from 3.0 to 1.0 ?
