Title: My problem

Well my friend and I got started on our arcade this weekend. We were cutting the sides of the arcade and when we finish we layed them on top of each other to see how close to even they were.....Well long story short the board was off 3 inches at first we were pissed but then my buddy came up with this great idea

" Lets sand it off", he said

Well another long story short we were able to only sand off an inch and it took like 2 hour so could anyone tell me what I should do.

Use a router. Buy a template cutting bit and use the smaller side as the template. You should end up with two sides that are identical in size. Of course, if the small side is too small, you'll need to start over...
