Title: Help with Game Pad Wiring!

I'm planning on a 6 button, single player desk controller with a Pause button, and would like some help. Attached is pictures of the pad. Basically here are my main questions as of now.

1. Where do I solder the wire to for the buttons?
2. Where to I solder the grounds to?

I'm pretty much lost in all this soldering stuff.

See attached picture.... the arrows point to the pads you need to solder your wires to.

This shows the first four buttons and the stick... you'll have to work out where your other connections go. It's not rocket science.

Thanks a lot. I was pretty sure thats where I do it, but wanted to double check.
