Title: Anybody have any images of buttons on the side of a control panel? (CPWizard)

I'm trying to define my control panel layout in CPWizard and I have some buttons on the side of my control panel but CPWizard doesn't seem to have any images for this.  I think Johnny5's controls.dat viewer has them but so far I really like CPWizard.

The buttons on the side of my control panel are mostly used for pinball games, but I'd like to have graphics for showing these...

I was going to include some side buttons but they didn't come out that great. I was using RandyT's images as a source. I don't think I have the original high quality images that he has, so it would probably help if I could get them off him.

Anyway, here are the images (http://www.mameworld.net/tigerheli/johnny/backgrounds.zip) if you want to have a go at creating them yourself.
