I placed an order directly with happ.com almost two weeks ago. When I look at the order status it says "Allocating Items: 03/12/2008 - 4:47 PM (CST)" and that hasn't changed yet.
I emailed them at orders@happcontrols.com asking if there was any update to the status, but I never received a response back from them.
Does anyone know if this is the wrong address, or if this is common? Next time I'll order from one of the guys in BST who sell Happ stuff, but for this order I just want to know when my stuff if coming. Thanks.

They are very slow to ship items.
On the plus side, everything, including shipping, costs twice as much from them as it does buying from a reseller. :dizzy:

Can you cancel it? It's probably going to be cheaper through someone here and it will be faster too.

As for cancelling the order, I suppose I could do that, although I don't see that option on their site, which means I'd probably have to email them and I'm not getting a response from them on that.

The shipping costs are not inflated, even the complaints posted here. Blame the shipping company.
(The one exception IIRC is when happs used a way too big box, upping UPS's size charge even more. He got a refund, though.)
The main problems are happs doesn't precalculate the shipping costs so some people are surprised at how much UPS/FedEx charge, and more important resellers like DM charge less for the same products.
If DM shipped the same products on the same shipping company, he would charge the same amount. (Which AFAIK is why he prefect USPS & doesn't carry the huge item that causes the most shipping complaints of mame (coughbezelcough).)
Back to the OP, happs shipped within a couple days the few times I ordered direct. Are they out of stock?

When I placed the order, most items were in stock. One item said it was in stock at an alternate location. That could be the hold-up I guess.

Well I finally got an email today that the order shipped. You guys weren't kidding about the shipping prices. $14 for stuff that cannot weigh more than 2 pounds at the very most. Next time I'll give divemaster a shot.
