I really wish I could find deals like this on the west coast. Each steering wheel goes for close to that price now.

i called and left a message, it is not a private seller, it isan operating company.  i have bought stuff from him before, and usually if its this cheap, there is a reason.  i was just going to part it out and ebay it all if he calls me back.
