I started posting on my site (http://www.thesourceshow.org) about my arcade cabinet project. Since I have found so much useful information here I thought I should let everyone know about it. I am posting up all the details so that folks can follow the process and use it later as a guide for building their own. I am also recording the process on video to release as a podcast episode later. Here is the url.

Nice start and good luck with your project.
I would also like to send out Kudos to your sister which I picked up from the other postings on your site.
As you will find that many members here are happy to help their fellow man, it was nice to read the story regarding the genuine helpful hand your sister held out to another in time of need.

Here is what the cabinet looks like after careful cutting, assembling, priming and painting.

I updated my site with lots of pictures. I also added a notes feature so I can add flickr style notes to my pictures for a little more explanation. Here is the project page again ...
