Title: WTS: Liquidating some parts and wood.
Post by: ArcadEd on March 20, 2008, 11:22:24 am
Hey gang, with the new direction Arcade-In-A-Box is going to (concentrating on Console Controllers only), I am going through my shop finding stuff to get rid of I no longer need.  I will continue to update this first post as I find more stuff.

If you need more information on anything I'm listing, just let me know.  I'm putting stuff up here first before it goes on ebay.

Arcade-in-a-Box shell (2 Available).  This is the bottom half of the arcade-in-a-box.  This does not include the bottom piece. Already slot routed on side edges.  I can also include other parts to this, like the backplates, fans, fan guards, cables, power inlet, etc.  $20 + Shipping for just the wood $50 + shipping to include the other parts.

Dual Joystick Controller Shell.  This does not include the bottom piece.  Just the CP and box.  $25 + Shipping

I'm sorry to see you focusing on home consoles only now. At the same time I understand that it is all about business. I was hoping to get you to do some custom work for me. Had I not been able to secure a cab I was hoping you could have made an arcade in a box for me with the boards etc. Oh well best of luck to you.

Thanks DJ, and most of it came down to economics.  Not a single AIAB sold for Christmas this year, and that was a huge drop off from last year :).

But the console stuff is selling, and selling very well so I need to focus on that.  The arcade-in-a-box just took too much time.  Trying new hardware and trying to stay up to date on the current PC hardware out there was just taking up too much of my time for no real benefit.

Sorry I couldn't help you out.  Contact me when you are ready though and maybe I can do one on a custom basis.

ArcadEd,

Do you have any JAMMA-IN-A-BOX units left to sell?

I'm afraid not Red.  I have enough parts to make one more, but I'm saving that in case one of my past customers has issues.  Sorry.

At some point I might make plans and kits available for them.  It all depends on busy I continue to get with the console stuff.

OK, I'm guessing it wasn't ok to post those multigame boards.  So sorry Saint, I didn't even think about it.
