In this day and age, if your job sucks...find another! It's not like it's hard to find work. (especially for those with uber-talent like BURLINGTON COAT FACTORY workers!)

I have 12 years experience in my company, including a stint as chairman of the central workers council and my experience is that the loudest complainers always lay the blame somewhere else. If you don't like your work or your boss, find another job! Whining doesn't solve anything.
