Title: Zincconfig1.5.zip?

I hate to post a file request, but I'm stuck.  I'm just about to integrate Zinc with Mala, and I can't continue UncleT's instructions because I cannot find a working link to Howard's Zinc Control Utility.  His site is no longer up and running, and the only other link I found to it was a severely outdated 3rd party link, which is dead, of course.  Anyone mind posting or sending it to me?  I'd appreciate it greatly!  My poor cabinet...  weep....
