Title: Converting 24hz to 15/31hz
Post by: iMPULSZE on March 14, 2008, 08:25:17 am
I have a large monitor that I'd hate to get rid of, but it was a dedicated monitor for a Sega Model 3....  thus its 24hz.  I want to be able to play other games that output at 15/31 hz.  Is there anything that I can do to the monitor so that I can convert it to the Hz I need?

as far as i am aware these are 25khz only, they are common on sega dx cabs(i have 8 of these)
i will have to ask a friend if its switchable to 15khz as i have never tried it

Thought I read somewhere that only the smaller monitors where switchable.  Can't seem to find that info now though.

Edit: Hmmm maybe not.  You may want to contact Andy Geezer to make sure.
