Title: Recomended vendor for PS2 parts.
Post by: _) (V) (-) on March 11, 2008, 09:05:19 pm
Hey guys
Hope this post dosen't violate anything.

I scored a used PS2 (fatty) and I am looking for a fliptop case for it.
Kind of like the clear ones they got on eBay.
Just wondering if anyone has tried one of these and how they rate quality wise.
Also looking for a vendor for boot disk sets if anyone here has experience using them.

Thanks
_)

Maybe you would be interested in a Memor32 memory card instead.  Works quite well, no need to open up the PS2.

I use swap magic 3.8 coder.  Cant remember where I bought em though.  I have a slim line so I didn't need a new flop top case.

I used swap magic once. Just to install the independance exploit. Fixed the front of my "Fatty" and filled the Hard Drive with games. Never liked the flip top case replacements crappy quality! My £0.02

I might still have some of the items you are looking for (discs, fliptop, etc).

Let me start digging.
