Title: Anyone running a jen-shin or wei-ya chassis on a Polo?
Post by: Grauwulf on March 06, 2008, 02:55:52 pm
I've searched but I can't find any definitive answer. Is anyone running a Jen-shin or Wei-Ya replacement chassis on a 25" Hantarex Polo tube using the factory yoke? I have a couple of nice Polo tubes sitting here doing nothing and would like to get chassis on them and put them back in to service.

Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated.  :notworthy:

The Polo's I've seen have the yoke permanently glued to the tube ("bonded").

Yoke info:

Yellow & orange wires are horizontal with a resistance of 1.7 ohms.

Red & brown wires are vertical with a resistance of 5.4 ohms.

Tube is an RCA A63ADT10X05

Okay, since that is lower than the spec I have seen for either brand of chassis, maybe I'd be further ahead to just try and get working Polo chassis to put on these tubes then?
