Mamerooms Ultimate Arcade 2 is nice, but I dont like the look on the sides... looks like 2 cabs connected to eachother..
any other places around?

As far as I can tell, none of those links are really what he was asking for.
The first and the last are both selling what appear to be the same products, which are already assembled (but empty) cabinets.
The second link is a place selling a "kit" which is not only pre-assembled but also includes the control panel, monitor, speakers and so forth -- everything except the computer. Kind of a "just add water" instant arcade kit.
