http://www.phoenixarcade.com

Geared more towards art repro's and collectibles, but has an excellent rep in the RGVAC community and could probably point you in the right direction.

Well anyware really, Im looking to pick up a hollowed out cocktail cab, preferably with two 4 way sticks, i want to use it to play classics. There was one i could think of in Tucson, where i live, but the guy wanted $500 for it and i wanted to spend around 50. If any one could tell me were i could get a cab like this around Tucson/Phoenix that would be great. Ill be travilling up next friday, and i thought there might be more of a chance to buy one in Phoenix.

When you get to Phoenix Arcade, tell Darin that Ryan Pettit sent you. I'm widely known as a big fan of his counterfeit art :)

I live in North Phoenix myself!! I use this vendor.  He runs a little mom 'n pop shop that sells stuff pretty cheap.

Rishon Distributing Company
303 W Mohave St PHOENIX, AZ 85003-2743
(602) 254-4376

Good stuff....bought my Wico 3" with Blue Translucent Ball and 2 SNK LS-30s for a total of $60.00

I also buy other little things from him as well, Carridge bolts, got 25 bolts and nuts for 2 bucks.

counterfeit art?  I'm assuming that it is fake side-art and stuff?  When you said that it reminded me of that guy who used to make his own money (bills) then would trade them for things and get change back...  but he was an artist, not a counterfeiter.

:)

I'm also in Chandler.  For anyone in the area, there is a local lumber yard that will laminate 4x8 sheets of industrial grade particle board for $50.  That includes the wood.

Yeah a huge (relative to normal size) flamewar on RGVAC just ended where the guy from Phoenix Arcades took the position that his reproduction side-art/marquees/CPOs etc did nothing to decrease the value of originals :) What a riot. Besides being a complete moron willing to wreck an entire class of collection with each release to make a few bucks, I'm sure he's a great guy.

I'm in NW Peoria  ;D

Al at Rishon Distributing is pretty cool. He has so much cool stuff just laying around. Got some brackets and bolts I needed for mounting the monitor in my DK cabinet I restored. He also gave me two empty cabs he had outside for free. Last time I was there I was questioned by some law enforcement types. Seems there were some illegal aliens that were in trouble that had been living on his property against his will. Kinda wierd to go get parts and run into that.

Have any of you seen Darin's Sea Wolf in person. Saw it at his house when I picked up an Asteroids Deluxe from him a while back I bought on Ebay. He actually had 2 and was using one as a guide to repaint the other. Wish I had the disposable income to buy that thing.

I also saw that Computer Space there. He was restoring the monitor at the time. Pretty cool stuff.
