Is a 8ms lcd good enough for a mame cabinet?

I would think so, yes.  I have an 8ms LCD for my desktop that I play MAME on occasionally, I have never noticed any problems.

Don't you get any ghosting on 8ms lcd's?

Between a 8ms 20" lcd and a 21" flatscreen tv with component in, which would you guys choose?

I'd go with a CRT.. but I'm a bit of a purist :)  to me VGA displays are too "good"  Itd be like watching VHS on an HDTV.. it enhances the flaws too much.
